Job summary

Swinomish Casino & Lodge is seeking a Front Office Supervisor in Anacortes, WA to oversee daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maximize room revenue. You will lead front office and reservations staff, train teams, and cover front desk shifts.

The role requires an Associate degree in Hospitality or a related field and 2+ years in front office or guest service, with Opera Cloud PMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of front office or guest service experience.
• Experience using Opera Cloud Property Management System is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer, clerical, and cash handling skills.
• Eligible for a high-security gaming license and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front desk and reservations staff (AM/PM/Audit)
• Oversee daily operations to ensure quality guest service and satisfaction
• Train and coach team members; manage schedules and labor
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and reservation systems
• Monitor and analyze daily reports, bookings, and inventory
• Assist with gift shop organization, office supply inventory, and POS updates
• Maintain records, complete required paperwork, and ensure policy compliance
