Swinomish Casino & Lodge in Anacortes, WA, seeks an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations in a high-volume setting.

You will supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold food safety and liquor regulations, and collaborate with kitchen teams to deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front-of-house in high-volume settings.
• Knowledge of WA State liquor laws and safe food handling.
• POS system experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Food Handler's Card, TIPS card, WA Class 12 alcohol service permit, and Class IV Swinomish Gaming Commission License required.

Swinomish Casino & Lodge is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations in a high-volume restaurant and lounge environment. This role works closely with the Manager to ensure exceptional food quality, beverage service, guest satisfaction, and compliance with food safety and liquor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate restaurant and bar staff
• Oversee service quality, guest relations, and complaint resolution
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control costs
• Ensure adherence to cash handling, POS, food safety, and liquor laws
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for consistent food quality
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

• Previous food & beverage supervisory experience in a high-volume setting
• Knowledge of WA State liquor laws and safe food handling procedures
• POS system experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
