Job summary

You will lead a team of reception professionals, ensure a welcoming, hospitality‑driven experience, and coordinate lobby activities, meetings, and visitor management.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or workplace services, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or workplace services.
• Experience in a financial services environment preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead reception operations and guest experiences across locations.
• Oversee lobby management, meeting coordination, and scheduling.
• Coach staff, ensure safety, security, and policy compliance.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Security, and Workplace teams.
