Job summary

Limelight Boulder, part of Limelight Hotels by Aspen One, seeks a Front Office Manager to lead daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and coordinate with hotel departments for a seamless stay. The role reports to the Director of Rooms and oversees staff training, reservations, and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has strong management experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and familiarity with hotel systems like Alice.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 1 year of management experience required.
• 3 years of front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and monitor staff
• Keep track of occupancy and generate reports for management
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Respond to guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready
• Accept reservations, changes, and cancellations
