Job summary

The Benson Hotel & Faculty Club in Aurora, CO, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee the front desk team and ensure an efficient, guest-focused operation. You will respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and coordinate check-in/check-out procedures.

Role requires open availability for nights, weekends and holidays; prior hospitality experience is essential. Competitive hourly wages and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of full-time employment in a related hospitality role.
• Understanding of front office procedures and guest services.
• Ability to manage cash handling and basic accounting procedures.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to maintain high service levels.
• Train and coach front desk staff and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Execute check-in/check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and payments at checkout.
• Answer inquiries and upsell room nights to increase occupancy.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Operate PBX and manage wake-up calls as needed.
