Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong desire to make an impact on others and an engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and ensure accuracy of charges and information.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues to achieve a WOW experience.
• Supervise daily shift operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Train and coach front desk staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain the Sundries shop inventory and assist with program promotions.
