THesis Hotel Miami, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and share knowledge about the hotel and local area. You will open doors, guide guests to the front desk, and help create a memorable first impression for every visitor.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in a customer service role, strong communication, and a team‑oriented, energetic personality. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions for 6 months.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems as they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Must be able to stand and work a full shift, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide a warm welcome to the hotel.
• Assist with unloading luggage and provide local area information.
• Escort guests to the front desk and assist with check‑in.
• Open doors and help guests to their rooms and guided amenities.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure a personalized guest experience.
