Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Agent for THesis Hotel Miami, a distinguished property in Miami, Florida. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide them from arrival to room, sharing hotel amenities and local tips to create memorable stays.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in customer service, a valid driver’s license, and a friendly, engaging personality ready to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Weekend and holiday shifts required.

Competenze

• At least 1 year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for 6 months.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide warm, engaging welcome to guests and deliver exceptional service throughout their stay.
• Open doors, assist with luggage, and escort guests to their room and amenities information.
• Escort guests to front desk for check-in and assist with valet parking as needed.
• Explain hotel amenities and local area highlights to guests to enhance Wanderlust experience.
• Collaborate with other team members to create personalized guest experiences and exceed expectations.
