• Two years Front Desk or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations and IT systems.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front desk operations during day and night shifts.
• Assist guests from check-in to check-out to ensure a superior experience.
• Maintain lobby areas and coordinate with Night Auditor and other departments.
• Produce nightly reports and inform departments of guest requests.
• Enforce safety procedures and handle guest complaints promptly.
