MyStryde LLC is seeking a Front Desk Associate for its Beverly studio. You will greet members, handle inquiries, manage schedules, and keep the front desk and studio areas clean and welcoming.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior fitness or wellness experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in fitness or wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Mariana Tek.
• Ability to process credit card transactions.

Aufgaben

• Greet and check-in members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer phone calls and respond to urgent emails promptly and courteously.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
• Provide information about classes, membership options, and class schedules.
• Handle front desk operations, schedule management, and basic admin tasks.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and retail area throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with General Manager and staff to ensure smooth operations.
