The Front Desk Associate will welcome guests, provide tours for prospective members, handle inquiries, record client information, process payments, schedule classes, and ensure smooth lobby operations in a fast-paced health club environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of customer service or front desk experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Cheerful disposition with a people-person attitude
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and prospective members
• Provide tours for prospective members
• Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
• Accurately record client information and accept payments
• Schedule classes and appointments
