Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to Clients and elevate their experience.
• Carry out class check-in and opening/closing procedures.
• Assist Studio Management with daily tasks and projects.
• Support Instructors and facilitate a seamless studio experience.
• Perform bike fittings and basic maintenance.
• Be proactive, helpful, and a team player.
• Assist with training of new Front Desk Teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of events, operations, marketing, and retail.
• Promote B/SPOKE culture and community atmosphere.
• Participate in training and occasional team meetings.
• Complete annual self and peer performance reviews.
