Granlibakken Tahoe is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and lead Front Desk Agents in delivering outstanding guest service. The role includes handling registrations, checkouts, reservations, and issue resolution across a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The ideal candidate brings at least one year of front desk or guest service experience, supervisory skills, and a solid understanding of cash handling and property management systems.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations to ensure efficient
workflow and the delivery of exceptional guest service. This position provides leadership, guidance, and
support to front desk staff while actively participating in guest service functions, including registration,
checkout, reservations, and issue resolution.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises Front Desk Agents, including assigning work, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and
supporting employee development in accordance with company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality or business education preferred
Experience:
Minimum one (1) year of front desk or guest service experience required; prior supervisory experience preferred

Pay range for this position: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
