Granlibakken Tahoe is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest service at the Lake Tahoe property.
You will assist with check-in/check-out, reservations, and issue resolution while coaching Front Desk Agents and maintaining accurate guest accounts and billing. This on-site role includes schedule coordination and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth operations.
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations to ensure efficient workflow and the delivery of exceptional guest service. This position provides leadership, guidance, and support to front desk staff while actively participating in guest service functions, including registration, checkout, reservations, and issue resolution.
The following duties are representative but not all inclusive:
Supervises Front Desk Agents, including assigning work, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting employee development in accordance with company policies.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality or business education preferred
Experience:
Minimum one (1) year of front desk or guest service experience required; prior supervisory experience preferred
Skills and Competencies:
Pay range for this position: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
