Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-Airport/28th Ave is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and train staff. You will greet guests, check in/out, and handle requests with professionalism, while ensuring franchise standards and hotel policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Hotel or hospitality customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests.
• Provide training to front office staff as directed by Management.
• Assign duties to Guest Service Representatives and observe performance to ensure adherence to franchise standards, hotel policies, and operating procedures.
• Greet and check guests into and out of the hotel.
• Handle all guest requests and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Be flexible in schedule: mornings or nights, including weekends and holidays.
• Answer phones.

Job Duties:
