Description

We are hiring a Front Desk Supervisor!

If you enjoy engaging with others, leading a team, and have a winning personality and high sense of responsibility – this role is perfect for you! Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
  • Problem resolution.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
  • Handle guest mail and messages per established procedures.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
  • Take reservation requests efficiently.
  • Answer switchboard in accordance with standards of proper telephone etiquette.
  • Block rooms and handle special requests.
  • Monitor room availability and assist AGM and GM in yield management and restrictions.
  • Handle safe deposits by guests per established procedures.
  • Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of FOSSE
  • Knowledge of Marriott
  • Prior hospitality experience

Shift availability: Shifts could include but are not limited to: 7am-3pm, 11am-7pm, 1pm-9pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
