Description

What You’ll Do:

You’ll get a glimpse of the business side of the front office: staffing, scheduling, and expense management are all vital for your development and growth as a leader.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing training and guidance for front desk staff on hotel standard operating procedures and departmental standards.
  • Completing daily hotel front desk tasks as needed.
  • Assisting Guest Services Manager with monitoring performance and attendance.
  • Balancing daily paperwork: cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards, and submitting batches.

Where You’ve Been:

We seek someone with a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 1-3 years of related experience. You should be able to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team, quickly assess situations, and create effective resolutions. A passion for customer service is essential.

You may be behind a desk or moving around, standing/sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs, and more.
