Job summary

Mission Resort + Club, part of MMI Hotel Group in Howey-in-the-Hills, FL, seeks an Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to lead the overnight front desk team and ensure outstanding guest service during night hours.

You will supervise overnight operations, assist with late check-ins and early check-outs, handle guest requests, train staff on resort procedures and PMS, and coordinate with Security, Housekeeping and Maintenance to maintain safety and smooth night operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of guest service experience in hospitality.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems and reservation procedures.
• Overnight hotel operations or night audit experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable, service-driven Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to join our Front Office team! In this leadership role, you'll oversee overnight front desk operations, support team members, and ensure our guests receive exceptional service throughout the night. You'll play an important role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and smoothly operating resort during overnight hours.

What You'll Do

• Supervise overnight front desk operations, ensuring efficient and professional guest service.
• Assist with late check-ins, early check-outs, reservations, and guest requests.
• Address overnight guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Train, support, and guide front desk team members on resort procedures and property management systems.

• Monitor overnight operations and communicate important updates to morning leadership.
• Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments as needed.
• Ensure front desk procedures, safety protocols, and resort policies are consistently followed.
• Assist with overnight reporting, daily reconciliations, and night audit procedures as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2–3 years of previous guest service experience in a hotel, resort, or comparable hospitality environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems and reservation procedures.
• Previous overnight hotel operations or night audit experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
