InnVentures is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Homewood Suites Hillsboro Beaverton, OR. You will be the first impression for guests, handling check-ins/check-outs and inquiries to ensure memorable stays.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating with departments, answering local-area questions, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. The role requires guest-facing experience, reliability, and flexibility with shifts and basic tech tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guests receive a friendly, efficient and error-free check-in/check-out experience.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer questions about local area and facilities, provide directions and resources.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette including transferring calls and making reservations.
• Follow cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges on guest receipts.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
