ShiftState is opening a Wellness & Recovery Studio in Henderson, NV and seeks a friendly Front Desk Associate (Part-Time). You will greet guests, manage scheduling, and guide first-time visitors through our modalities, helping them select a session.

Ideal candidates are warm with strangers, reliable, and comfortable inviting guests to join a membership. Shifts include early mornings or evenings and weekends, with 20–25 hours per week and $17–$19 per hour.

Title: Front Desk Associate (Part-Time) — Wellness & Recovery Studio

Type: Part-time · On-site · Henderson, NV

Pay field: $17.00–$19.00 / hour

ShiftState is opening in Henderson this September, and we're hiring our first front desk team. We're a communal recovery and performance studio featuring LSV therapy beds, sauna, cold plunge, PEMF, red light, hydrogen, and daily yoga and breathwork. Most guests walking through our door have never tried any of it. Your job is to make that first visit feel effortless.

What you'll do

• Greet and check in guests, book and manage the schedule


• Walk newcomers through what each modality does and help them pick a first session


• Convert day guests into members


• Open or close the studio, reset rooms between guests, keep the floor immaculate

What we're looking for

• You're warm with strangers and genuinely curious about health and recovery


• Reliable we're a small team and shifts matter


• Comfortable asking someone to sign up for a membership


• Available for early mornings (8am) or evenings (until 8pm), including weekends


• Prior front desk, spa, gym, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus, not a requirement

Compensation

• $17–$19/hour depending on experience


• $Membership commission


• Free membership— unlimited LSV beds, sauna, plunge, PEMF, and classes


• 20–25 hours per week
