Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak, write and communicate in English.
• Must possess related customer service skills.
• Related experience answering phone calls.
• Basic computer, email, Microsoft Word, and Outlook skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department in an efficient, timely, and caring manner.
• Provide some clerical support to residents and staff.
• Sort and distribute all incoming mail, packages and newsletters for House and Gardens residents and staff.
• Take dinner reservations for residents via in-person and over the telephone.
• Ensure visitors sign in/out in accordance with KB's policies and procedures.
• Direct visitors to appropriate department or individual.
