Job summary

The Center for Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery in Wisconsin is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast-paced clinic serving Neenah and Appleton. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect information, and coordinate with staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of medical office or medical spa experience, excellent communication, and comfort with basic computer and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and skincare procedures is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or medical spa setting.
• Experience managing phone systems and scheduling in a medical office environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems and typing is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional welcome.
• Collect patient information and enter it into the system.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and ensure comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms between appointments.
• Process patient check-outs and collect required fees.
• Answer phone calls, retrieve voicemails, schedule appointments, and direct calls to staff.
• Prepare patient charts and handle administrative tasks.
• Keep waiting area tidy and comfortable.
