The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing superior guest service to patrons of our hotel casino by greeting and assisting with the registration process and answering questions pertaining to the hotel operations. Additional duties include responsible for handling of cash and credit transactions, selling of gift shop items and maintaining accurate guest information. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
Starts at $20.46/hr and increases to $21.59/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation period. This full-time position features excellent employer-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.
All applicants must obtain a Class III B license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. However, the use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant unless the position requires driving a company vehicle.
