Summit Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a Receptionist to join our Texas operations. You will manage multi-line phones, greet guests, direct inquiries, and support billing and administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with flexibility. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and a pathway within a nationwide electrical distributor

Responsibilities

• Answering multiple phone lines in a courteous, professional manner.
• Communicate with guests and customers professionally.
• Greet and welcome guests and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Support with billing, auditing, sorting and filing of tickets.
• Assist with mail and ordering of supplies.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and ensure office areas are stocked and neat.
• Perform related duties as assigned and as necessary.
