Job summary

B Street Collision Center in Omaha, NE seeks an energetic CSR to join the front desk team. You will greet customers, route them to the right staff, and schedule appointments while maintaining a friendly, professional atmosphere.

You will also update customers on vehicle progress, handle payments, and perform admin tasks. The role supports a Monday–Friday 7:30AM–5:30PM shift with full benefits and growth potential.

• Handle phone calls, routing inquiries, and scanning documents; perform admin tasks.
