Job summary

B Street Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Kansas to greet customers, route them to the right staff, schedule appointments and provide updates on vehicle progress with a friendly, professional approach.

The role calls for strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude while managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. This is a full-time on-site position offering comprehensive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Non-negotiable schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–5:30PM.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
• Comfort with answering routing calls and basic admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate staff.

• Receive payments and build customer repair orders.
• Handle admin tasks including calls and document scanning.

The CSR role at B Street Collision is not your traditional customer service job!

• Greet customers

• Distribution of customers coming in office to appropriate staff

• Scheduling appointments

• Updating customers with vehicle updates

• Receive payments

• Building customer repair orders

• Various admin tasks including answering and routing incoming calls and scanning document

Here are our non-negotiables:

• Maintain a Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 5:30PM shift

• Working behind a computer for an extended period of time and occasional need to leave desk to complete administrative tasks.

• Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude
