Job summary

Legends Global in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Security Receptionist to manage front-desk duties in the Public Safety unit. You will answer calls, assist visitors, direct inquiries, and monitor lobby access to ensure only authorized individuals enter the facility.

Key responsibilities include operating the switchboard, greeting guests, maintaining the Boardroom area, managing CCTV feeds, and following security SOPs for emergencies and bomb threats while coordinating with the chain of command.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and telephone switchboard.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward telephone calls.
• Answer routine telephone inquiries, event-specific or general inquiries.
• Greet and welcome guests and direct them to specific locations.
• Maintain the Boardroom and Conference room and immediate area after each meeting, coordinating with Housekeeping as needed.
