Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and telephone switchboard.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward telephone calls.
• Greet and direct guests.
• Answer routine inquiries and direct them to proper locations.
• Maintain the Boardroom/Conference area and assist with AV equipment when needed.
