Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Background check and drug screening may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk security and customer service at the reception.
• Greet employees, visitors, and vendors; verify access credentials and records.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and systems from the front desk.
• Respond to incidents calmly following escalation protocols.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence to deter unauthorized access.
