Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Guard Front Desk Access Control in Burbank, CA. You will welcome visitors, control access, monitor security systems, and deliver outstanding customer service at a commercial real estate site.

Join a team that supports a secure environment; you will work with tenants and onsite staff, perform badge/access controls, and participate in defining safety procedures on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigations required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial real estate front desk by following site procedures and security protocols.
• Manage visitor access by greeting guests, verifying IDs and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarm systems and other security equipment; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns calmly; contact appropriate personnel or emergency responders.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors and incidents and communicate with building management and leadership.
