Job summary

Allied Universal, Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Reception Intake to service a commercial real estate front desk. You will welcome tenants and visitors, verify access, issue credentials, and maintain accurate records.

You will monitor security systems, respond to incidents, and help deter unauthorized access while representing Allied Universal’s service-focused culture. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ for unarmed positions (21+ for armed),

Qualifications

• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Welcome and direct visitors, confirm appointments and/or authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records in accordance with site policies.
• Monitor front desk communications, alarms, cameras, and/or access-control systems; report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence, provide information and assistance to building occupants, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
