Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at a commercial real estate front desk by following site-specific procedures and security policies.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests per site requirements.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and visitor inquiries while maintaining accurate visitor, incident, and access records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following emergency procedures.
• Communicate security concerns, maintenance issues, and unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
