Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Visitor Screening at the Neptune, NJ site to protect clients and guests while delivering excellent customer service. You will manage access, greet visitors, and monitor security systems during weekday morning shifts, earning $20.40 per hour.

The role requires at least 1 year in security, a high school diploma, and a willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Serve as the front desk point of contact, greet and direct visitors, verify access authorization, and maintain visitor logs.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, reporting unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following procedures.
• Maintain a professional reception area and relay information to site management and leadership.
