Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk, greet guests professionally, verify access credentials, manage sign-in, and direct individuals to contacts or areas.
• Monitor entry activity, receive and route calls or deliveries, and maintain visitor/incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Deter unauthorized access and maintain a welcoming retail environment through a visible, customer-focused front desk presence.
