You will welcome tenants and guests, monitor access and alarm systems, and respond to security-related concerns to maintain a safe environment.

Position is full-time with a pay rate of $25.90 per hour. The role emphasizes professional appearance, customer service, and the ability to handle incidents calmly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of security-related experience required.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Guard Card/License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors and clients at a commercial real estate front desk.
• Greet visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials and maintain records.
• Monitor access points, alarm panels and cameras; report unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly, contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Support lobby operations by answering phones, giving directions and coordinating deliveries.
