Qualifications

• Front-desk customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain entry records.
• Monitor incoming calls, deliveries, and visitor activity; communicate with site personnel to direct guests and address access-related questions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following site procedures and reporting concerns to relevant personnel.
• Support a professional reception area at a logistics and distribution location and deter unauthorized access.
