Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and deliveries while following site security procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Screen and direct trucks, drivers, vendors, and visitors per site procedures; escalate unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; coordinate with contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeters.
