Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and vendors by following site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify IDs and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain entry records.
• Monitor calls, deliveries, and visitor activity; coordinate with site personnel to direct guests and answer access-related questions.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report concerns to appropriate personnel per site procedures.
• Support a professional, organized reception area while deterring unauthorized access at a logistics location.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Monitor incoming calls, deliveries, and visitor activity; communicate with site personnel to direct guests and address access-related questions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and promptly reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional, organized reception area within a logistics and distribution location while helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
