Job summary

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at a front desk by greeting visitors and directing guests appropriately.
• Verify visitor access in accordance with site-specific policies and issue credentials.
• Monitor front desk activity and report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with employees and visitors.
