Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Staff the front desk and act as a professional point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees.
• Monitor access to the building, verify visitor credentials, issue passes, and maintain entry records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures and notifying leadership.
• Monitor front desk communications, handle calls, and report suspicious activity.
