Qualifications

• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and report observations per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry, reporting suspicious activity.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
