Job summary

Allied Universal, Irvine, CA, is seeking a Security Guard for Office Tower Access Control withFoot Patrol responsibilities. Protect clients in Retail/Malls, perform unarmed patrols, manage access points, and maintain a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

The role operates on a Day Shift with 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM hours. Requirements include at least 1 year of security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and successful background checks and drug screening as

Qualifications

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
A background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail common areas, parking lots, and building exteriors to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity and maintenance issues per site procedures.
Complete activity reports and communicate information to site management.
