Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Greet visitors, manage access, and direct guests to contacts.
• Monitor activity, document deliveries or service requests, and maintain logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel.
• Deter unauthorized access through attention to detail and timely reporting.
