Qualifications

• MinimumRequirements: Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet confidently.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted as per laws.
• Drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing as required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and vendors per site policies.
• Monitor facility access by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and directing authorized individuals.
• Answer calls, receive deliveries, and relay information to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms per emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and reports for review by management.
