Allied Universal in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Security Officer to greet visitors, monitor access, and provide exceptional customer service at a premier commercial real estate location.

You will help maintain a professional first impression, respond to security concerns, and support a safe, orderly environment while working a part-time schedule. Pay starts at $18.74 per hour with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk in a professional manner, greet and assist visitors, and maintain accurate visitor access records.
• Monitor access to the building lobby, verify visitor authorization, and direct guests according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor front-desk communications, answer incoming calls, and report maintenance, access-control, or other security-related concerns.
