Qualifications

• Loss prevention experience preferred.

• CPR certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide security-related procedures and emergency response activities as per site policies.
• Greet visitors, verify authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and escalate per procedures.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, answer calls, give directions, and communicate information to staff.
• Report unusual activity and maintenance concerns to management.
