Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and guests while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Staff the front desk in a professional financial-services location, greet and direct visitors, verify identification, and manage access.
• Monitor access points and visitor logs; report irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following escalation procedures.
• Maintain records of visitors, deliveries, incidents, and front-desk activities; communicate with site personnel.
