Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Background check and drug screen as condition of employment.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk by following site procedures.
• Greet, screen, and direct visitors per access-control requirements and log visits.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and front-desk systems; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site emergency procedures.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence and facilitate communication between visitors and staff.
