Allied Universal in Peoria, IL is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Visitor Services to provide reliable front-desk security at a financial institution site. This role offers anchored shifts with the flexibility to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

You will greet employees and visitors, verify IDs, manage access records, respond to incidents, and coordinate with responders as needed. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with part-time hours and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk of a financial institution following site procedures.
• Monitor visitor entry, verify identification and authorization, and issue credentials.
• Answer calls, provide directions, and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and coordinate with responders when needed.
• Support security operations by monitoring entry points and reporting concerns.
