Allied Universal in Orlando, FL seeks a Security Officer Front Desk Licensed Driver to greet visitors, monitor access, and respond to security incidents at a financial institution setting. You will verify visitor IDs, manage sign-in, report incidents, and maintain logs while delivering professional customer service to employees

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in military police, corrections, or armed security, or a certified law enforcement graduate.
• Must have a valid state driver's license for driving positions.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front desk security and customer service at a financial institution.
• Verify visitor identities, sign-ins, and issue credentials per procedures.
• Monitor access and deter unauthorized entry at the front desk.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following procedures.
• Maintain logs and report security concerns to leadership.
